Shipping & Returns

All of my packaging is plastic-free, biodegradable and compostable. We don't use any plastic tape, labels, stickers or bubble wraps. Our orders are sent out in a cardboard box. If you choose one of the gift wrap options then this will be further protected with honeycomb paper wrap and sent in a compostable and biodegradable bag.

My usual dispatch time is 1-2 working days. If you need your order even sooner than this please contact me directly or write in the notes and I will get to your order more quickly if I can. If you need your order to reach you faster please check out with Express delivery.

* Over £50 standard shipping within the UK is FREE

FREE Shipping
We offer FREE shipping to the UK on orders over £50. This will automatically be calculated at checkout so all you need to do is focus on treating yourself or your loved ones!

If you are local to Elstree or surrounding areas I am also able to deliver or you can pick up for free.

Local Pickup and Delivery
If you are local to Elstree and Borehamwood or are in the surrounding areas I can drop your package off for free if your basket is over £30. You are also welcome to pick up from Borehamwood for free.

Shipping Time
Please be aware in the run up to Christmas or over Bank Holidays that delivery times may be extended due to strikes,  the volume of other packages being sent out or delivery offices being closed.

Returns & Exhcanges
Unfortunately as I run a small business I am unable to accept returns or exchanges unless goods are faulty. Please get in touch and I will organise a replacement.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please get in touch and I will do my best to resolve this for you.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.


In the case of a return I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
